Pricing Policy at Excelsis Consulting Group
Cancellation Policy
Excelsis Consulting Group requires 7 days advance notice on cancellations. This allows us time to make sure all accounts are properly calculated to the date of cancellation, to wrap-up any remaining billing issues, and most importantly, to ensure you are not billed for the next payment period. If you do decide to cancel your subscription, simply email us with your request for cancellation and your service will be discontinued at the end of the next complete billing cycle. All cancellation requests must be in writing and include your name or company name and the reason you are canceling your account.
Refund Policy
All of Excelsis Consulting Group services are offered as services as rendered. We extend full refund within 30 days to our clients excluding any fees and costs accrued at the time of the cancelation. These costs are including but not limited to, filing fees, hosting fees, late penalties, cost of obtaining filing records, postage and professional service fees. All charges are to remain in full force and effect until Excelsis Consulting Group receives notification in writing to cancel payment in such time as to afford Excelsis Consulting Group a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Customers have the right to stop payment of an automatic payment made via electronic check, debit or Credit card by sending notification in writing to Excelsis Consulting Group within (7) business days before account is to be charged. Any payments returned Non Suficient Funds or unpaid shall be subject to a return fee of $ 35 USD. All subscription contracts are based on discounted pricing on an annual basis. In the event of early cancellation, customer shall be subject to an early cancellation fee of $150.
